Rake.com is owned and operated by LDV Tech Ltd (hereinafter "Rake", "We" or "Us"), a company with head office at Valletta VLT 1116, Malta. LDV Tech Ltd is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under license number MGA/B2B/286/2026.

2IMPORTANT NOTICE

By registering on www.rake.com (the "Website"), you enter into a contract with LDV Tech Ltd, and agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) our Privacy Policy; (iii) our Cookies Policy; (iv) the Affiliate Terms and (v) the rules applicable to our betting or gaming products as further referenced in these Terms and Conditions, and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the terms.

3GENERAL

When registering on rake.com you ("You", "Player") enter into an agreement with Rake.

This Agreement should be read in its entirety prior to your use of Rake's service or products and constitutes a legally binding agreement.

These Terms and Conditions come into force as soon as you complete the registration process, which includes checking the box accepting these Terms and Conditions and successfully creating an account.

We are entitled to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without advanced notice. Your continued use of the website services after any such amendment will be deemed as your acceptance.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any translations.

4RAKE ACCOUNT

Registration: In order to place bets you must personally register an account. You must provide accurate personal information including e-mail, full name, date of birth, and address.

All applicants must be 18 or such other legal age of majority as determined by applicable laws, whichever is greater.

Rake will not accept registration from individuals under 18 years old, residing in prohibited jurisdictions, or providing misleading information.

Know Your Customer: Rake reserves the right at any time to ask for KYC documentation to determine the identity and location of a Player. Services may be restricted until identity is sufficiently verified.

Multiple Accounts: Only one Rake Account per Player is allowed. Opening multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and retention of funds.

You must keep your login details secure and not disclose them to anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to enhance the security of your account.

Rake shall be entitled to close or suspend Your Account if it is used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or as required by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

5YOUR WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that: you are over 18; you have full legal capacity to enter this agreement; you are not a compulsive or problem gambler; you are not self-excluded from any gambling site.

You are accessing rake.com from a jurisdiction in which it is legal to do so, and will not use our services from prohibited jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to your winnings under relevant laws.

You will not deposit funds originating from criminal or unauthorised activity, and will not deposit funds using payment methods that do not belong to You.

You participate in games strictly in your personal, non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to any games and/or services on the Website.

6RAKE WARRANTIES

Rake warrants that it will manage funds belonging to the Player in a secure and appropriate manner, and manage personal information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

The software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Rake does not warrant that the Website will operate without faults or errors.

7DEPOSITS

You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds in your Rake Account. Rake will not give you any credit for participation in any Game.

You must deposit funds using the payment methods available at rake.com. Deposits can only be made with your own funds.

You must ensure that funds deposited are not tainted with any illegality. Deposits are subject to verification and Rake reserves the right to refuse any deposit.

Some payment methods may include additional fees. Your bank or payment service provider may also charge fees for currency conversion.

8WITHDRAWALS

Rake reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal until the Player's identity has been verified and any additional requested information has been provided.

You need to wager 100% of the value of your deposit in order to request a withdrawal (both FIAT and Crypto).

All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen when placing a deposit, unless we decide otherwise in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering. Rake may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold funds if requested to do so by applicable law.

9PLAYER FUNDS PROTECTION

Any funds you deposit are held in separate customer accounts solely for the purpose of placing wagers and settling fees. Your funds are protected from being used for any other purpose.

If we incur any chargebacks or reversals due to causes attributable to You, we reserve the right to charge the relevant amounts.

10PLACING BETS/WAGERS

Rake is not obliged to accept any bet. Bets will only be deemed valid when you receive confirmation of acceptance from Rake.

Rake only accepts bets made online, including via mobile device. Bets placed in any other form are invalid.

It is Your responsibility to ensure details of bets are correct. Once placed, bets may not be cancelled by You.

We reserve the right to adjust the house edge of any game at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

11BONUS

Rake may offer from time to time a number of Bonuses and Promotions, including Rakeback, Reloads, and Coupons.

All promotions and bonuses are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Wagers must always be placed with cash balances before bonus balances can be used.

In the event that Rake believes a Player is abusing a bonus or promotion, Rake may deny, withhold, or withdraw any bonus and may lock that Player's account.

You may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses shall be considered abusive behaviour.

12PROHIBITED USES

The Service is intended solely for personal recreational use. You may not create multiple accounts for collusion or abuse of service.

Rake expressly prohibits the use of the Service for any form of illicit activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or trade sanctions violations.

Persons located in or residing in Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States and other restricted jurisdictions are not permitted to use the Service. Circumventing geo-restrictions via VPN or proxy constitutes a breach of these Terms.

13LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Rake be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit Rake's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

14INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Rake and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Service, including copyright, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights.

The term "Rake", its domain names and any other trade marks used as part of the Service are solely owned by Rake. You obtain no rights to any site content by using the Service.

15DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning this Agreement.

16MISCELLANEOUS

Rake reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed acceptance of any amendments.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Rake regarding the Service.
