Affiliate Terms

Rake Affiliate Program — LDV Tech Ltd · Last updated: 1 January 2026

Eligibility

The Rake Affiliate Program is open to individuals and companies aged 18+ with a legitimate promotional platform.
Applicants must not reside in or target players in restricted jurisdictions.
Rake reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Employees, contractors, and their family members of LDV Tech Ltd are not eligible.

Revenue Share (RevShare): earn a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by referred players. Rates: 25% (default) up to 45% (by agreement, based on volume).
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): fixed payment per qualifying first depositing player. CPA rates are agreed upon in writing before the campaign starts.
Hybrid: combination of RevShare and CPA — available for established affiliates.
Sub-affiliate Commission: 5% of commission earned by affiliates you refer to the program.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month.
Minimum payout threshold: €100. Balances below this roll over to the next month.
Payments via: Bank Transfer, BTC, ETH, USDT, or other agreed methods.
Negative carry-over policy applies — negative NGR from one month is carried into the next.
Rake reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud.

Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or misrepresentation of Rake's services.
Affiliates must clearly disclose that content is affiliate-sponsored where required by law.
Affiliates may not bid on 'rake.com' or related branded keywords in paid search.
Affiliates must not target players under 18 or in restricted jurisdictions.
Affiliates must not use aggressive or deceptive recruitment tactics.

Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link and access to a real-time dashboard.
Tracking uses last-click attribution with a 90-day cookie window.
Discrepancies in tracking data must be reported within 30 days.
Rake's tracking data is the authoritative source for all commission calculations.

Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement with 30 days' written notice.
Rake may terminate immediately if the affiliate breaches these terms, engages in fraud, or brings the brand into disrepute.
Upon termination, earned commissions will be paid subject to standard payment terms.
Referring players remain attributed; however, no new commissions accrue after termination.
